Rating by category:
The tea, the pool and the facilities.
The way they made the orange juice, at least they mix it where everyone could see. I also didn't like the lack of kindness of the employees.
The hotel location is very handy for picking up the Marrakech tour open-top bus and for a 20 minute walk into the main square at the Medina. The views from the SkyBar are fantastic.
Cleanliness of bathroom was very poor - although claiming to be a design/luxury hotel, the shower overflowed after 2 minutes, the shower cubicle was dirty and the towels had old stains from previous use. The SkyBar, which is promoted as a key feature of the hotel, had a good view of Marrakech but the hotel is really missing an opportunity to make more of this. The staff were particularly lazy at this bar and spent more time chatting than attending to their clientele. Generally the service was sub-standard, even asking for simple requests was too much trouble for the staff, e.g. the restaurant one floor below the SkyBar would not serve food a few minutes after 3pm, but on another day served other guests at 3.30pm. The brasserie on the ground floor was also very disappointing and served cold food. The cleaners used use the same cloths for the windows, chairs, floor, tables, and no detergent was visible. A thoroughly disappointing hotel, given the high ratings on the website and above average 4-star city hotel price.
All the above! Excellent room, clean and comfortable. Very good staff & very nice hotel. Good location & great food!
Not enough sun lounging space...
Everything, great time and friendly staff !
I love this hotel! The design, the location, the service, the food and the prices was very good! Housekeeping was fantastic! We even got a valentines gift from them! :)
There was nothing I did not like, but beware that this is a minimalistic design hotel, not a typical Morrocan hotel. I loved that, but it might not be to your liking... Otherwise I really recommend this hotel!
was close to everything that we wanted to see, the sight seeing bus stopped just outside across the road. the medina was in walking distance and there were plenty of places to eat nearby.
The location is very central which is easy to get around.
Hotel confortavel, com otima estrutura e um bar maravilhoso. Excelente localizacao
This is a smart effeciently run hotel in the more modern heart of Marrakech and offered everything we needed.
Only there for one night!
spacious room which met the online description; excellent breakfasts included in the price; bus to the Marrakech medina was very close
Modern design and fair cleanliness.
Too close to road side and noise of traffics
Well placed and well run design hotel in the hart of town. Friendly and professional staff throughout.
loved the buffet breakfast and the pool terrace area, the free internet in the room was good.
The hotel is great to get away to after a day sightseeing, its a good location being only about a 20 min walk to the main square, and right on the tourist bus route! Sky bar is awesome with great views of city and mountains, also brasserie bar had nice food and a great 'happy hour' between 6pm and 8pm, otherwise a little expensive for drinks
The beds I found were very hard and uncomfortable, also my room was very noisy we were on the first floor, it did state the room had sound proof windows but if it did they did not work in my room. Also could hear the room above walking around.
the staff and management were very friendly and accomadating. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with mint tea, and was shown quickly to my room. The checkin process being very fast. The room was well presented and cleaned to a high standard. I was even quite surprised that my clothes were neatly folded and put away. The breakfast's were sumptious but get their early!
I ate once in the restuarant which lets this hotel down. The different menus had a good choice, food well presented and tasty. The restuarant is overrun with waiting staff, not sure who is in charge there....and the waiting staff are not as attentive as they should be. This can be easily rectified by ensuring staff are trained to a high level - the so called restuarant manage needs to be more internation - defintely speaking english
